TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user" or "you") and "RT Forum" www.raytracer.cloud:8080 and "CloudRT" www.raytracer.cloud (collectively, the Website), concerning your access to and use of The Website. To ensure that The Website continues to provide valuable services without being abused, other supplementary terms or documents, such as operating rules and rules of conduct, posted by the authorized administrators of The Website within The Website and the various forums of The Website, are a valid part of this Agreement and have the same effect as this Agreement.
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for The Website or use The Website Services of The Website.

The Website reserves the right to remove withdraw or change the user name you have chosen if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, said reasonable grounds include, but are not limited to, when the user name is obscene or offensive, or when a trademark owner complains that a user name does not match the user's actual name.
The Website reserves the right to refuse to provide all or part of The Website Services, to any user for any reason. You may not create multiple usernames and accounts to commit fraud, make misrepresentations, or make posts by multiple usernames within the same forum thread.

your contribution does not contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malicious code, or other harmful or destructive content;
your Contribution does not contain any obscene, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content, does not libelous or slanderous, does not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone, does not advocate the violent overthrow of a government, does not incite, encourage or threaten physical harm against another, does not violate any laws, regulations and institutional norms currently in effect in the People's Republic of China, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
your contribution does not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap;
if your employer has rights to your Contributions, you have either (1) received permission from your employer to make available the Contribution, or (2) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to your Contribution;
your contribution does not contain any advertising content;
your Contribution does not constitute, contain, install, or attempt to install or promote spyware, malware, or other computer code, whether on The Website’s or others’ computers or equipment, designed to enable you or others to gather information about or monitor the online or other activities of another party;

LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF OTHER USER’S INFORMATION

The failure of The Website to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
This Agreement and your account may not be assigned by you without express written consent of The Website.
The Website may assign any or all of its rights and obligations to others at any time.
The Website shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage by any cause beyond The Website's reasonable control.
This Agreement is concluded in both Chinese and English and the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
